Michael Carbone is a photographer with a deep appreciation for food, especially the Italian dishes his mother and grandmothers cooked. Paola Rodriguez is a Creative Lead specializing in branding and design. She will meticulously set the table and surroundings for dinner and may throw in a round of cocktails (or two).
We host intimate dinners of 10-12 guests, carefully curating not only the food but also the guest list to ensure meaningful connections. Our only rule is that guests can't know one another besides the date they bring, creating more opportunities to expand both social networks and businesses.
